One of the projects we support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on LATAM markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager.
Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager (Russian Speaker) to lead user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will manage a team of 5–10 marketing specialists and play a key role in scaling performance across multiple channels and markets.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong performance marketing mindset, hands-on experience in iGaming, and the ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CMO and media buyers to execute user acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Support the acquisition team in planning and executing Email and SMS campaigns
Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, conversion rates) using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar; manage and allocate monthly budgets in line with targets
Oversee content production and landing page testing (A/B and multivariate), ensuring all creatives and promotions comply with relevant advertising regulations in target markets
Work closely with the CRM system to analyse performance and optimise client-related strategies
Monitor competitor activity, GEO-level performance, and market trends; prepare clear monthly performance reports for stakeholders
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to iGaming or Fintech
Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across at least 2–3 channels (e.g. paid search, paid social, affiliates)
Comfortable using analytics tools and interpreting campaign performance data
Experience with attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing systems, with an understanding of how lifecycle marketing supports acquisition
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus, particularly for LATAM-focused work; Russian language is a must
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
